We Love Your Pets

At Fortress Grove, we truly love your pets and it shows. The apartments are perfectly laid out so that your pet can cuddle up with you while you work from home or frolic and play in the open-floorplan layout. Pets love nothing more than being in the great outdoors. Luckily for them, Fortress Grove has a dog run to play and roam. The community also has a pet spa for added convenience.

Pets Welcome:

Up to 3 pets allowed
One-time pet fee: 1 Pet - $350.00, 2 Pets -  $500.00, 3 Pets -  $750.00

Rent: $15.00 per pet. 

Breed Restrictions:

Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Great Dane, St. Bernard, American Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Dalmatian, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid and all Husky breeds.
